Support the Communications and Marketing Department Director by creating/updating existing print and digital booklets, brochures, fliers, ads, cards, etc. Able to prep print jobs correctly for release to printer. Create requests for printer quotes and track production schedules and proofs internally and externally. Maintain organization of shared server. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and keep up-to-date jobs log. Ensure brand consistency across all projects based on the ATS brand standards and guidelines.
